Animal Inventory Report
The Animal Inventory Report will provide you with a complete listing of all the present in your operation at a given time.
Daily Treatment Report
The Daily Treatment Report function of Cattle Medical System will provide you with a report that summarizes all protocol activities that occur to the population of animals in the feedlot on a given day. The Daily Treatment Report will provide the Lot, Tag, Protocol Variation, Weight, Temperature, Drugs used, Dosage, Cost, and Price information related to the events that happened on a given day.
Drug, Procedure, Implant and Vaccine Listing
The Drug, Procedure, Implant, and Vaccine Listing is a report designed to provide you with a complete picture of the items available in your operation. This report will provide you with information such as the Item, the Quantity available in Inventory, the Price, Markup and the Cost associated to each item.
Drug, Procedure, Implant and Vaccine Listing (Inventory Listing)
The Drug, Procedure, Implant and Vaccine Listing will provide you with an accurate representation of the medical items that you utilize in your operation. It is an Inventory Listing of the items displaying the Name of the Item, the Units it is tracked it, the Site it is administered to the animal through.
Inventory Reorder Report
The Inventory Reorder Report provides a quick and easy means of identifying which inventory items need to be ordered from suppliers. The Inventory Reorder Report will provide you with information such as the regular supplier that you order a particular drug from, the phone number to call to order the drug, and the current inventory amount. This report is most useful when you set predetermined Drug Reorder Thresholds in the Drug screen. Doing so will allow Cattle Medical System to alert you to reorder before inventory supplies are completely depleted.
Inventory Reconciliation Report
The Inventory Reconciliation Report provides you with a Report detailing the Inventory Reconciliation activities that have taken place in your operation. The reports are referenced by the dates upon which the reconciliation took place, so you can accurately view what adjustments were made during reconciliation.
Location Report
The Location Report is a quick way of generating a summary of where all of the animals associated to a particular Lot are physically located in your feedlot. That is, this report will generate the tag numbers and animals present in various pens. This report can be generated to display all of the Lots in a certain Pen or all of the Pens that a certain Lot is spread out over.
Lot Charges Report
The Lot Charges Report provides you with an easy means of producing an itemized report for each Lot containing the exact listing of what was applied to this Lot's account. This is a valuable summary report to both you and your customers! It is also very detailed and may take a moment for Cattle Medical System to produce.
Lot Charges Summary Report
The Lot Charges Summary is a Report that summarizes all of the medical activity attributed to a Lot during a particular time period. It displays summary information as opposed to an itemized listing. This is also a very useful report to both you and your customers!
Medical Expense Summary
The Medical Expense Summary is designed to provide you with a concise summary of the Medical Expenses accumulated to a Lot during a specified time period. By generating this Report, you will compile the accumulated Treatment Costs, Processing Costs, and then the Total accumulated Costs for every Lot active in your operation.
Pen or Lot Inventory Report
The Pen or Lot Inventory Report provides you with a summary of the locations of all animals active in your cattle feeding operation. You may choose to generate this report by Lot or by Pen depending on how you would like to view your data.
Pen Transfer Report
The Pen Transfer Report allows you to see what animals have been moved where in the Cattle Medical System.
Protocol Listing
The Protocol Listing Report will provide you with an easy to reference catalogue of the Protocols that you have defined for your operation.
Withdrawal Date Report
The Withdrawal Date Report provides you with a listing of the associated Withdrawal Dates to each animal in a designated population.
