Technical Support Yard Sheet - The yard sheet indicates feeding behaviours for the lot in the current pen for last 7 days. So if the animals have moved from a different pen, the report does not show consumption from the previous pen. Regarding the negative head days, have you purchased any cattle after the date Sept 11th? I noticed that the yard sheet is dated Sept 11th and if you have animals purchased after that date the days on feed calculation will be off. Feeding -- If a pen contains animals from different lots, the feed amounts is distributed using the animals current weights. This is based on the assumption that animals that weigh more will consume more. This distribution of feed will be reflected on the Yard Sheet. Service & Support |
